drawesome with the Challenge 38: Redux - redraw any of your previous artworks.
I went digging and found this on one of my old hard drives: a TARDIS Christmas card I painted in 2007 for my Doctor Who friends, and I thought that one could be fun to redo. (And, since my brain has been eaten by due South recently, it got me thinking about a crossover story where young Ben finds the TARDIS one night and meets the 12th Doctor.)

I haven't used acrylic paint in ages. It was fun, though I now wish I had used paper with less grain (or one of the canvas panels I have kicking around). I feel like I need practice with this medium, but it was fun to do!

And it would indeed. I can just see young Ben finding the library - and the Doctor's face when he finds him there, his nose stuck in a book.

I like the idea of Fraser meeting Twelve, too!

About 1,000 words exist so far—Ben has already wandered into the Tardis, and Twelve is about to find him in the library with his nose in a book ;)
